Valletta, Malta

February/March 2004

Also see my Malta blog here

Valletta is the capital of Malta. It is a walled city, rich with history, with narrow streets on steep hills. It is a promontory with Fort St. Elmo at its tip, Grand Harbour on one side and Marsamxett Harbour on the other.
